Looking ahead to the first domestic pre-season friendly at Glebe Park this evening, Paul Hegarty stated: "We are delighted to play against Brechin City tonight and are planning to field a mixture of youth and experience. For several players, it will be their first outing of the season whilst we shall also employ the services of four or five first team players who have just returned from Austria. Furthermore, the Manager is intending to have a close look at three trialists, so it will be an interesting evening from this perspective also. We are expecting a difficult encounter following Brechin's outstanding performance versus Aberdeen when they held the Dons to a 4-4 draw but might well have won. So we know we are in for a hard game, which will stand us in good stead for the next season."
Kick-off for tonight's match is 7.30pm and admission prices are
