UNITED END TICKETS NEARING SELL-OUT

17th January 2002

Tickets for the United sections of Tannadice for this Saturday's match with Dundee are approaching sell-out. The attendance at the opening match of the season, which was also against the Tangerines' city rivals, remains the largest crowd of the season so far with some 13,300 in the ground.

"We sold out our allocation of over 8,000 for the opening match of the campaign 48 hours prior to kick-off," stated Commercial Manager Bill Campbell. "Although we are not at that stage, the lower East Stand is sold out with only a few tickets remaining for the upper tiers of the George Fox and East Stands. We still have tickets left for the George Fox lower tier."

United tickets are on sale from the United Ticket Office at Tannadice and from the United Souvenir shop. Tickets can also be purchased by phone using credit card payments on 01382 833166.
