LEWIS O'DONNELL JOINS KELTY HEARTS ON SHORT-TERM LOAN

Dundee United can confirm Academy graduate Lewis O'Donnell has joined Kelty Hearts on a short-term loan deal.

The deep-lying midfielder, 18, made his first-team debut against Carlisle United following a lengthy spell on the sidelines with injury, and heads to New Central Park in search of regular senior minutes. O'Donnell also featured in pre-season friendlies against East Fife and Queen of the South.

After comfortably beating the drop last term, the Fife outfit are set to undertake their second consecutive season in League One.
