Graeme Hart has added a third signing to his Dundee United Women with Katie Frew agreeing to join for the upcoming season.
The former Spartans full-back Frew spent six years at Ainslie Park, making over a half-century of appearances following her senior debut.
The 23-year-old departed the Edinburgh outfit at the end of last season and Hart moved quickly to secure the athletic defender's services for the 2023/24 campaign.
Upon her arrival at Tannadice, Katie said: “I’m really excited and grateful to be a part of this club, I am looking forward to seeing what we can achieve this season. I am incredibly hungry to develop and improve and believe this is the best place for me to do that.”
The Gaffer was full of praise for Frew after her signing and is looking forward to seeing her in a United shirt.
“Katie is a player we’ve admired for some time having scored against us in the cup a couple of years back. She’s energetic and dynamic and can attack with pace but also defend aggressively.”
