SEAN STAYS ON LOAN AT MORTON

Sean O'Connor, who had been on loan to Greenock Morton since August, has had his loan period to the Second Division Renfrewshire club extended. Signed by former manager Paul Sturrock from Hednesford Town of the Conference, Sean has made just two starts for United plus one appearance as a substitute. He has scored just one goal for the first eleven, albeit a very important one when he opened the scoring against Dunfermline at Tannadice in what was United's first SPL win of last season.
