MCDONALD PUTS PEN TO PAPER ON SHORT-TERM DEAL

Dundee United are delighted to confirm the signing of defensive-midfielder Kevin McDonald, who joins us as a free agent.
 
The 33-year-old began his career across Tannadice Street at Dundee, before enjoying successful spells down south with Burley, Sheffield United, Wolves and most recently Fulham.
 
Kevin, who returned to football in October following a kidney transplant, has also been capped five times, his last appearance coming against Albania in 2018.
 
Veteran McDonald has trained with the squad throughout January and is immediately available for selection for tonight’s Dundee Derby.
