Dundee United Community Trust (DUCT) is delighted to be recruiting for a new full-time Para-Sports Development Officer to build on our award-winning para programme.
The successful candidate will continue to drive forward the development of football opportunities and sport related activities for children and adults living with a disability within Dundee and the surrounding areas. A key part of the role will be working alongside staff and pupils at Kingspark School, the largest ASN school in Tayside, to grow the number of opportunities for pupils to take part in curricular and extra-curricular sport, strengthen the link between school sport and community sport, and support the transition of upper school pupils through our creative curricular enrichment and employability activities. The post holder will deliver high quality coaching sessions within Dundee United Para-Sports Club (DUPSC) and be an extremely positive role model to all participants.

The ideal candidate would have experience of coaching people living with a disability and have a real commitment to equality in sport, and in society. Knowledge of the football landscape in Dundee would be an advantage.
