IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR VIRTUAL SEASON TICKET PASS HOLDERS

Please see the below important information for those season ticket holders who qualify for a VST pass for home games. 
 
Virtual season ticket holders should now have received an email from DUTV confirming your details for logging in to VST pass microsite. 
 
If you haven't yet received an email then please first check your spam folder. If it still isn't in your email system then please email dutv@dundeeunitedfc.co.uk as soon as possible to ensure you can take part in our test event tonight at 6pm. 
 
The tests will take place tonight (Thursday) and Friday evening between the hours of 6-9pm and you only need to login for a minute or so to ensure your chosen device is capable of receiving the stream.

 
Instructions on joining the test and match day access: 
 
1. Go to vstpass.com  
(Please note this website address is exclusive to VST pass holders) 
 
2. Log in using the unique details in your email.

username: firstname surname-unique code (first 12 digits from your season card barcode)

password: unique code (first 12 digits from your season card barcode)
 
3. For the test events, we would ask you to simply log in for a few minutes during the three hour window to ensure the stream is working. 
 
4. On Saturday, please log in as soon as possible. The stream will be live from 2pm and we encourage you to log in early to ensure any issues are rectified.
