Midfielder Scott Banks was delighted to gain his first international recognition at Under 19 level in Scotland's double-header with Japan in Murcia, Spain, on 5 and 9 September.
He came off the bench for the last 25 minutes of the first game which ended in a 1-1 draw.
In the second match, which the Scots were edged out 3-2, he was a 75th-minute substitute for Kyle Joseph.
Scott, who won’t turn 18 until the 26th of this month said, “I thoroughly enjoyed the trip and was delighted to get my first experience away with Scotland and especially winning my first two caps.”
