Bid Now For Bow’s Charity Match

Bidding is now open to appear in Dave Bowman’s 2018 charity match that will take place on Tannadice on Friday 18 May at 6.30pm. The fixture takes place every year to raise funds for skin cancer and dementia charities.

Simply click this link to send an email to Dave advising him of your bid and the highest 15 bids will take part in a match versus Dave and many other ex-United legends in a team including Lee Wilkie, Sean Dillon, Jon Daly, Gary Bollan and Jamie McCunnie amongst others.

The successful bidders will wear and take home a bespoke kit  - this year themed on the Club’s roots as Dundee Hibernian - and will change in the home dressing room at Tannadice before making their way up the tunnel and onto the park to line up against Bow’s legends. After the event you can elect to have your kit signed by either the legends or the first team squad if you wish.

The family of Ally Watt - who sadly died of skin cancer nine years years ago and whose brave battle convinced Bow to start this events - have again kindly donated the trophy for the event.

Dave said, “This is now the ninth year of these games and there is no doubt I am getting slower however the old fire is still burning so nobody better try to beat me on the park!

“Seriously, this is always a great evening and a lot of fun and every year it makes me happy that players from all ability levels take part because it is all about enjoying the game. More importantly, it is for two great causes in skin cancer and dementia charities
