The Young Terrors were knocked out of the Scottish Youth Cup at McDiarmid Park this afternoon by a Jamie Docherty double.

Dominant as St Johnstone were for most of the first half, they could find no way through the United defence.
But Docherty broke the deadlock with a fine drive from 20 yards on 63 minutes after United keeper Josh Donaldson had saved his prior effort.
On 74 minutes Saints doubled their lead when Shaun Struthers broke clear and teed up Docherty to net at the back post.
With 11 minutes, the Tangerines pulled one back when substitute Louis Appere nodded in Gavin Ritchie’s inviting cross.
Dundee United: Donaldson, Ritchie, Davidson, Bollan, Dailly, Chalmers (Appere 65), Inglis (Mcmeekin 65), Allardice, Taylor, Glass (Ward 78), Piggott.
Subs not used: Reekie, Hornby, McArthur.
