The Young Terrors eased their way to a well-merited victory over Aberdeen at Peterhead this afternoon.

On the front foot from the start, their first chance came after ten minutes when Ali Coote’s low drive was well saved by Dons keeper Robbie Mutch.
14 minutes later, Dom Mcmeekin should have scored, clipping the top of the bar from close range.
But a deserved opener was only delayed by five minutes. Scott Allardice floated a free-kick over the top of the Aberdeen defence and Coote latched on to it before rounding the keeper to net.
Three minutes from the break, only a finger-tip by Mutch prevented a Logan Chalmers curler doubling the lead.
However, that duly arrived on the hour mark when Mcmeekin cut in from the left and powered home a right foot drive from just outside the box.
And with the last kick of the game, Logan Davie added the third with a low drive from the edge of the box into the bottom left-hand corner.
Dundee United: Long, Davie, Donaldson, Dillon, Robson, Murdoch, Allardice (Ritchie 56), Taylor, Chalmers (Dailly 79), Mcmeekin, Coote (Appéré 79).
