Dundee United’s first experience of indoor football at the Oriam Elite Performance Centre was a testing one as they went down to the only goal of the game.

In addition to their new environs, the young Tangerines also faced an Easter Road side containing six players with first team experience who dominated almost totally.
In the first half, United keeper Brett Long denied efforts from Jordan Forster, Fraser Murray and Innes Murray as the sides went in level at the interval.
Immediately on the restart, the visitors had their first real chance, Logan Chalmers's shot being deflected for a corner.
But Hibs were soon buzzing around Long who kept out drives from Alex Harris and Scott Martin.
And United’s resistance was finally broken midway through the half when the ever dangerous Harris cut the ball back for Jordan Forster to steer home.
With 13 minutes left, Long produced another fine stop keeping out a Calum Crane header.
