Ayr United are the visitors for Saturday's three o'clock kick off. United will seek a positive reaction to last week's reversal away to Dumbarton. By Gordon Aitchison If United, players and fans alike, were under any illusion that the Championship would be easy, this view will have changed following two very difficult games to date. A fine second half performance against Queen of the South which gained a point was set aside as Dumbarton blunted a United attack that was so dominant against Partick Thistle in the League Cup. Former Tannadice boss Ian McCall will arrive with his team looking to turn around their own early season form, pointless at the moment and having conceded six goals in two games. United will definitely be without Paul Dixon whilst Lewis Toshney remains a doubt. Other than that Ray McKinnon will have a full squad to choose from. For added spice, former Dundee player Gary Harkins will be back at Tannadice sooner than he would have anticipated following his recent move to The Honest Men. Come On United!!!
