Jordan Moore Leaves Tannadice

22nd December 2015

Dundee United today announced that Jordan Moore has left the Club by mutual agreement. A product of the youth system at United, Jordan played for United through all levels from U14 up to the new SPFL Development league, proving a prolific goalscorer throughout. A loan spell at the start of the 2013-14 season saw him make his professional début for Dunfermline Athletic. His loan spell was cut short, however, when he was forced to spend the majority of the season overcoming a tough personal health battle, with great success, securing a new contract with the Club at the end of the season along the way. In February 2015, Jordan secured another loan move, this time at Queen's Park, scoring in his début for the Glasgow club. Reflecting on today’s news and speaking to ArabZONE.co.uk, Jordan said, “It is time to move on and progress my career. The Club has done so much for me and I will always be grateful but I want to go away from Scotland and be known for just my football ability. “Wearing the number nine shirt for Dundee United had been my career high and I would love to be back at Tannadice in the future scoring goals for the Club I have supported all my life. That remains my dream. “The fans have also been unbelievable with me and this Club will always be a big part of me.”
