Dundee United today officially announced their key partnerships for 2015/16. Calor Gas continues as the Club’s main sponsor and now enters its sixth season of major association with United. It was further confirmed that long standing sponsor GA Engineering will carry on their backing of the team. Local companies JF Kegs and Norman Jamieson Ltd as well as ArabTRUST have also returned to complete the Club’s premium partners’ line-up for the new campaign.
Ally Low (Calor), John Watson (GA Engineering), Jimmy Fyffe (JF Kegs) and Stuart Jamieson (Norman Jamieson Ltd) met with Chairman Stephen Thompson, Manager Jackie McNamara and Captain Sean Dillon on the pitch at Tannadice today to mark the occasion. Commercial Manager Paul Reid explains: “I am absolutely delighted to welcome back each of our premium partners. Their support and backing is pivotal to our plans here at Tannadice. I would like to offer my thanks to the companies and I look forward to working closely with them throughout the season ahead”.
It was also revealed today that deals have been agreed for Biffa to become the Club’s official waste management partner, Stirfresh the team’s healthy living partner and Sodexo Prestige the hospitality partner. Paul continued: “It is pleasing we are forging so many strong ties with successful businesses and we are delighted to be working together going forward.“
