With a number of finance applications and a backlog of orders still waiting to be processed, season ticket loyalty discounted prices will remain in place until close of business this Friday.
It should be stressed however that the Club can no longer guarantee to reserve last season's seats so anyone who wishes to renew the same seat should act swiftly.
Comparing sales like for like for the same period last year at the close of loyalty period yesterday, sales have increased by a healthy 16%.
Dundee United Director Derek Robertson said, "We're very encouraged by the figures to date and would like to thank all of those who have responded to our season ticket campaign so far. There may well be a levelling off of sales in the weeks ahead, but all of the signs are very positive with quite a number of new season ticket purchasers included in the figures.
"I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank all of the staff at the Club, particularly those involved in ticketing and our media sales campaign for all their efforts in this respect."
