As of today, the Dundee United Online Retail Store has a new home! Our Retail partners Just Sport have revamped the current online store to bring you the Tangerine Club Shop, and the new address is www.tangerine-clubshop.co.uk .
The new online store has a clean new look, with improved product information, a larger product zoom and more product images, to help supporters make their DUFC purchases. There is a new 'We Recommend' area on each product page, as well as a new 'Recently Viewed' bar that runs along the bottom of the page, to give easier navigation for supporters. Delivery and Returns information is also displayed on each product page giving supporters clear information.
A new product size selector is now in place to instantly show sizes that are out of stock. However in the coming weeks there will be a new feature that will allow supporters to select an out of stock size. Although you will not be able to place an order for an item out of stock, you will be able to enter your e-mail address, and an automatic e-mail will be sent to notify you when this back in stock to order again.
This season, as well as being able to customise your Replica Shirt, Just Sport have introduced Initial Printing (max 3 characters) on selected training wear items. This option will be clearly displayed on these selected items. Colour of lettering and placement of the initials however will be down to the discretion of the management and may not reflect the same as the 1st Team.
Don't forget the personalised merchandise section where supporters can customise mugs, mouse mats and coasters, and the new online store makes ordering these items far easier than our previous site. All these items can be found here.
New social networking buttons have also been added to each product, so if you want to show your friends something you like, hint for a birthday/Christmas present, then just click on the buttons and it will be viewable on your social network wall.
Once you have signed up to the Tangerine Store, your account will not only allow you to view the progress of your order, but will also save items you have added to previous baskets, but not purchased. This will allow you to order these items at a later date, should you wish not to complete the transaction at that time. We hope that this feature will save you time and make online shopping easier for you. However once signed up, your information will be securely stored and be ready for you once you log in.
