Dundee United today revealed their new home and away kit for 2012/13. This is the fourth kit in the Club's supply deal with Just Sports Group (Ltd) in conjunction with Nike.
The retro home design, modelled by new signing Michael Gardyne, features the unmistakable traditional tangerine body complete with the Nike swoosh and the Club crest. It boasts a black V neck collar and thick black trims on both sleeves. The look of the new kit will bring back memories of the 1980s, promising to be a winner with the fans. The away kit sees us return to all white which is again reminiscent of our European glory days, and is worn by Player of the Year John Rankin.
United's latest kit highlights the newly extended deal with main Club sponsors Calor Gas and again carries their black logo on the front.
Also in Club colours, the back of the shirt sports the logo of new sponsors GA Engineering who have signed a two-year deal with the Club.
The shorts underscore a further new sponsorship agreement with Digital Goldfish who equally have adapted their logo to tie in with the overall look of the new kit.
The home shirts and socks are available from the Club Shop Dundee United Direct as of 10.30am today. Home shirt prices are from £34 for kids, £36 for youths and £40 for adult sizes, and socks £8.50 for kids sizes 12 - 2 and £10 for youths and adults respectively. The new home shorts will be available at £15.99 for kids and £18.99 for all other sizes by 22 June whilst the away kit will be available from 13 July.
