SPL BOARD ANNOUNCEMENT

United Chairman Stephen Thompson was elected to the SPL Board of Directors at their General Meeting today.

He joins Ralph Topping (SPL Chairman), Neil Doncaster (SPL Chief Executive), Eric Riley (Celtic FC), Derek Weir (Motherwell FC) and Steven Brown (St Johnstone FC) on the SPL Board of Directors.

SPL Chairman Ralph Topping said: "On behalf of the Board and the Clubs I would like to welcome Stephen to the Board."
