After losing a goal in the first minute, Ryan Ferguson levelled for United but by half time the hosts were back in front at 2-1.

Lochee United went further ahead after the interval and late in the game Ryan Lundie made it 3-2.

Despite a spirited finish by the young Terrors that was how it ended.
