Dundee United Vice Chair Cath Thompson yesterday unveiled a commemorative bronze plaque on the site of the Crown Hotel, Shore Terrace, where the Club was founded as Dundee Hibernian & Athletic Club on 24 May 1909.
Mrs Thompson was joined by fellow Directors, representatives of supporters' organisations and friends of the Club, together with Marlyn Glen, MSP, who helped facilitate City Council approval.
