The 22 year old right back or right midfielder has been another long term signing target for Manager Craig Brewster, having impressed during his tenure in Inverness.
Craig Brewster said, " I am delighted to finally get David. He is a good solid defender but can also pose a goal threat going forward. Subject to formalities, he will go straight into the squad for Saturday's game, but is also viewed as one for the future being only 22 years old. I see the signing as another building block in the long term process of building a competitive squad."
