No less than nine of the youth team lined up against Celtic's second string at Station Park this afternoon, so perhaps it was not surprising that they found it hard going against the Reserve League champions.
In fact, the only surprise was that it took Celtic 53 minutes to go ahead through Nicky Reilly.
However, Barry Robson immediately cancelled that out with a deflected free-kick, but that only spurred the visitors on and Reilly notched their winner with fifteen minutes to go.
