Dundee United has announced that it proposes a rights issue of shares to its Shareholders to raise equity by issuing new shares in the Club.
The Club has written to its Shareholders advising them of the new Rights Issue. No meeting is required as an appropriate Resolution to cover this was passed at an EGM on December 23, 2003.
