Stuart Duff won another Scotland Under-21 cap this evening at Palmerston Park, home of Queen of the South FC, in a friendly match over visiting Ghana. 2-0 ahead at the interval through goals from Caldwell and Kerr, Rainer Bonhof's side were never in real danger of not winning the game once they had established their lead with Stuart putting in another solid performance further establishing himself in the team that had defeated Iceland just three days earlier.
This result represented a fifth unbeaten performance under German Coach Bonhof.
Duff almost contributed to a Scotland goal when Ian Murray met his cross but hit the bar when the Scots were ahead 1-0. The United right wing back was substituted fourteen minutes from the end by McParland.
Usual national Under-21 starter Jamie McCunnie did not feature and neither did David McCracken who had returned to Tannadice.
