THOMPSON EARNS ANOTHER CAP

Steven Thompson gained his fifth international cap for Scotland in the 2-2 draw in the match against the Faroe Islands this afternoon. Tommo came on in the last few minutes and had very little time to make any impact although he came close to snatching an unlikely winner in the 89th minute but the home keeper bravely saved at the United player's feet.
